About these recipes
- Diet tags: vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free tags are based on the ingredients listed. Check labels on packaged foods such as oats, tamari, broth and chocolate. “High-protein” means at least 20 g of protein per serving, and “high-fiber” means at least 6 g of fiber per serving (about 20% of the Daily Value). “Anti-inflammatory” marks recipes built on foods common in Mediterranean-style eating patterns, such as vegetables, legumes, olive oil, nuts, fish and spices. It describes the eating pattern and isn’t a treatment claim.
- Nutrition: values are per-serving estimates calculated from USDA FoodData Central SR Legacy data for each ingredient.
- Photos: free-to-use images from Unsplash, credited on each recipe. Serving styles in photos may differ slightly from the recipe.
