What we correct
HealAtlas corrects factual errors, misleading descriptions of evidence, broken or incorrect citations, inaccurate dates or figures, and health statements that overstate certainty, effectiveness, prevention, or safety.
How corrections are handled
We check the concern against the original study, guideline, regulator notice, or other authoritative source. When a correction changes the article’s meaning, safety context, or practical interpretation, the page should carry a dated correction or update note explaining the material change.
Silent edits
Spelling, grammar, formatting, and link repairs that do not change meaning may be corrected without a public note. Publication dates are not changed merely to make an article appear fresh.
